Message From the Prez

Happy 25th Anniversary, DCI!

Dear Friends, Colleagues, Clients, and Employees:

Today marks an important milestone for DCI Engineers: our company has officially been around for a quarter of a century! And what a thrilling adventure it has been! We’ve weathered the storms, enjoyed the good times, and, through it all, stayed true to the values that make this company exceptional.

First and foremost, I must say thank you to Mark D’Amato and Guy Conversano. Through their friendship, hard work, and expertise, they created a company that not only excels at what it does, but is also a desirable place for our employees to work. I’m not sure exactly what you had in mind 25 years ago, but I hope you’re satisfied with what you’ve achieved and what this company has become. DCI’s longevity is a true testament to the two of you.

Second, I’d like to thank our clients and colleagues within the industry. The relationships that we’ve built with you over the past 25 years are priceless. We jump at every opportunity to collaborate with you, and we truly appreciate the trust you have in us. While the last 25 years have been memorable, we look forward to the projects, challenges, accomplishments, and adventures that await all of us in this next chapter.

And last, but by no means least, I would like to offer my most heartfelt thanks to our employees. Your hard work, dedication, and loyalty to DCI are what keep us moving forward. And we’re not just moving forward – we’re growing in remarkable ways! So thank you for all that you do. Today is a day to celebrate all those involved in DCI’s success, and that includes each and every one of you.

On behalf of all my business partners, I’d like to say Happy 25th Anniversary to DCI Engineers! Let’s take this time to celebrate everything that got us to this point and look ahead to the adventures that are yet to come.

Sincerely,

Roger Heeringa
Principal and President
