In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) to support project delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with our engineers to ensure high-quality and efficient designs. 

Responsibilities of a BIM Designer:

• Generate high quality 2D & 3D construction documents per company standards.
• Develop comprehensive 3D models of building elements, such as walls, floors, beams and structural components, using Revit software 
• Work closely and communicate with project engineers and managers regarding projects and scheduling.
• Support project teams in delivering high-quality BIM deliverables on time and within budget.
• Use redline mark-ups and sketches to develop Revit models and construction documents.
• Organize and maintain project files according to established company protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and software developments.

Requirements for a BIM Designer:

• Proficiency in the use of Revit design software
• Experience working with structural design teams
