Back in 1988, Mark D’Amato and Guy Conversano started DCI Engineers in their Kirkland, WA garage with a vision of providing client-focused care through Service | Innovation | Value. Their entrepreneurial spark and long-term vision then is what made us who we are today.
Based in Seattle, DCI Headquarters is home to a new generation of leadership along with over 85 technical staff, designers, admin and corporate team members.

Our Civil Team is your connection to close, working relationships with local jurisdictions and the key to timely planning and permitting. We are one of the first steps on your project’s pathway to success.
From drawings by hand to BIM modeling, when it comes to the drafting world, we've come a long way, baby. Our designers work directly with DCI technical staff and project partners to deliver drawings that conceptualize the architectural vision through engineering know-how.
The backbone of DCI operations, our non-technical admin teams support staff, spearhead company initiatives and keep the wheels turning!
As the "faces" of DCI, our Marketing & BD groups get the DCI name out there -- from Marketing's messaging to BD's interpersonal relationships, we're looking to connect with clients and celebrate who we are as a company.
