Marriott- Santa Cruz, Bolivia-The first Mariott hotel in Bolivia

The project is a 19 story, full service hotel with two levels of underground parking. Also included is four levels of high end amenity banquet space, meeting rooms, a pre-function area, restaurant, lounge, spa/exercise room, and a roof top pool.

Beech View Place- Morgantown, West Virginia-A New Wave of Student Housing

Beech View Place is a six story student housing building with ground floor retail and two levels of underground parking. Using a unique hybrid structural system, the project has thin 9 ft floor to floor heights for the parking structure allowing for increased parking spaces.

Other recent/current projects include: Carnegie Science Center remodel, Broken Arrow Elementary (four campuses), Camelback Mountain Resort, and The Girls’ School of Austin. Along with that, the Austin office has worked on every major brand of hotel nationwide (Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Starwood, IHG).
