DCI Engineers is pleased to announce the promotion of the following staff to their new roles.
Quentin Lee, PE, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager in the San Francisco office. He has been with DCI since 2018 and has provided structural design for a variety of mixed-use, residential and office buildings throughout the Bay Area. Quentin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Masters in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Justin Fenton, PE, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager in the Portland office. Since joining the firm, he has overseen projects ranging from hospitality, multi-family housing, commercial office, and mixed-use. His notable accomplishments include the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Portland, Flatiron PDX, Aegis Gardens in Newcastle, and cM DTLA Steel Modular Hotel. He specializes in mass timber and steel framing systems. Justin is the office’s go-to source for quality control processes and Visicon model coordination. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
Whitney Achter, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Bozeman office. Despite being at the firm for just over two years, Whitney has proven her technical savvy, providing structural design for several large, single-family residences along with existing buildings, mixed-use retail, and office projects. Whitney earned her Master’s in Structural Engineering from Colorado State University and her BS in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University.
Michael Bauer, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the San Francisco office. His structural designs have included several apartment complexes, mixed-use office and retail developments and modular construction projects. He’s an active member of DCI’s internal Modular and Sustainability Committees where he assists in further developing the firm’s technical knowledge and capabilities. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Cal Poly.
Matt Burgermyer, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Spokane office. His project specialties range from hospitality, multi-family housing, and commercial office. Matt’s notable project accomplishments include 3620 Buchanan St., 1325 Old County Road, 1 De Haro, and Four Seasons Calistoga – all located in California. He is also a member of in-house technical committees for wood, modular, and concrete.
Arizona Dabrusin, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Austin office. His project specialties include hospitality, multi-family, commercial office, mixed use, and tenant improvements. He is currently overseeing the Villas in Rio, The Linden, and Spectre Offices – all projects in Austin. Arizona is active with the in-house sustainability committee, which coordinates life cycle assessments for clients.
Mark Leppert, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Kalispell office. In addition to specializing in single-family residential design, Mark is an avid drone videographer & photographer, assisting DCI with capturing structural images and data. Mark has worked with a variety of materials including wood, concrete and steel and is actively involved in DCI’s Concrete Technical Committee group. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Master’s in Civil Engineering and a BS in Architectural Engineering.
Kyle Loria, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Seattle office. Since joining the firm, he has become a high-rise steel office and concrete/wood mixed-use structural expert. His current projects include 1001 Office Towers and The Artise, both located in Bellevue, Washington. Kyle is a member of the in-house cold form steel, concrete, high-rise, steel & aluminum, and wood technical committees.
Natasha Nazarian, PE, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Los Angeles office. She has been with DCI for over five years where she’s focused much of her structural design on residential projects, particularly multi-family, affordable and wood construction developments. Her projects include Mercy Placentia Veterans Village, Miro Towers in San Jose and the Moxy Hotel in Menlo Park. Natasha earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
John Reece has been promoted to BIM Project Manager in the Spokane office. John has been with DCI for eight years where he’s assisted on a number of milestone projects in the northern California area and beyond. They include Treasure Island Parcel and 950 Tennessee in the Bay Area and the Four Seasons Resort & Residences in Calistoga. John earned his Associates at Spokane Community College.
Prabhanjan Wagh, PE, ENV SP, has been promoted to Project Manager in the Portland office. Since joining DCI, he has expanded his technical knowledge with structural analysis and design, particularly for demolition projects requiring construction sequencing. His demolition project portfolio includes the Zion Nuclear Power Plant in Illinois and the Gilman Parking Garage in Portland, Maine. He is also familiar with structural systems for commercial, residential, tenant improvement, educational, and hospitality projects involving steel, concrete, concrete masonry units, cold-formed steel, and wood framing.
