Last week, DCI joined Sellen Construction, NBBJ and Schnitzer West to accept the Seattle and Bellevue District's 2030's Leadership Award for The Artise, Bellevue's Class A office building that capitalized on design innovation for an efficient and sustainability-focused project.
Key Project Highlights:
- LEED Gold certified
- 2,250 tons of steel saved
- Bike-friendly design & EV infrastructure
- Steps from major public transit
- 30% reduction in operational energy
Coming away with another win was Northlake Commons, Seattle's first lab-ready mass timber building, which is located on Lake Union and earned The Water Award for its use of bioswales and other sustainability-focused project elements.
Congratulations to both project teams on these impressive accolades!
