Andria Huntsinger, Associate, People Operations Manager | Bozeman, MT
In addition to earning Associate, Andria is taking on a new title as People Operations Manager. Spearheading coordination efforts behind the firm’s employee benefits, Andria has been a valued member of DCI’s Human Resources team since 2016. She studied Architectural Engineering before shifting her focus to HR and Operational Management where she’s been for the past 30 years, specializing in tools and resources that empower staff and support them both professionally and personally. Andria also serves as Chair for the firm’s Wellness Committee.

Blake Werley, Associate Principal | Wilmington, DE
When DCI merged with MacIntosh Engineering in February 2022, it brought with it the Mid-Atlantic/East Coast and a new roster of bright, passionate professionals – which included Blake Werley! Blake’s positive, can-do attitude is represented in all his engineering work, which has spanned several markets, from higher education and residential to commercial. Blake is an avid outdoorsman—enjoying paragliding, kitesurfing, skiing, mountain biking and sailing—and a friend to both staff and clients alike.

Erik Humes, Associate Principal | Wayne, PA
Even before Erik joined DCI as part of the MacIntosh merger in 2022, Erik has been coming up with creative engineering solutions for clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. His expertise includes a range of markets and materials, and he is known for his behind-the-scenes work on improving and expanding the firm’s internal detail library, along with training new engineers.

Jessica Martinez, Associate, Sustainability Specialist | Seattle, WA
Leading DCI’s on-the-ground efforts for the firm’s sustainability services, which includes initiatives that support the SE 2050 Commitment, Jessica Martinez is both an advocate and mentor when it comes to designing for the future. She has led numerous internal and external conversations that address embodied carbon in the built environment and helped launch DCI’s Life Cycle Assessment sustainability services, which includes green building rating system documentation for standards like LEED, ILFI, Green Globes & AEGB. Jessica is a Texas native who moved from the firm’s Austin office to its Seattle headquarters to better coordinate firm-wide sustainability efforts that empower engineers and their clients.

Erin Spaulding, Associate, Communications Manager | Remote
Leading DCI’s corporate communications, Erin is heavily involved in both internal and external storytelling for the firm’s 20+ regional offices. Prior to joining DCI in 2016, she spent five years as a features writer for a newsweekly and contributed to several regional and national publications as a freelance writer, which she continues today. Erin is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), is a certified drone pilot and spreadheads the firm’s video/photography efforts.

Joe Briscella, Associate Principal | Wayne, PA
Growing up in Havertown and graduating from Penn State, Joe is a Pennsylvanian through and through, designing structural solutions for a variety of commercial and public developments here and throughout the Mid-Atlantic. His professional journey began in 2017 when he joined MacIntosh Engineering before his team joined forces with DCI in 2022. Joe is passionate about creativity and efficiency for his projects, evidenced by the trust he’s built with clients throughout the area.

Steven O’Dowd, Associate | Missoula, MT
As part of DCI’s Missoula group, Steven has been exposed to a variety of markets, materials and services, ranging from commercial to public and higher-ed projects throughout Montana. His engineering acumen has included new construction designs as well as existing building assessments and historic renovations. Steven is originally from San Jose, California but made his way over to Missoula from Portland, Oregon and has since found a home working with clients throughout the intermountain region.

Tom Woodcock, Associate Principal, Business Development Manager | Seattle, WA
Leading DCI’s Business Development efforts throughout the Puget Sound region, Tom has established and strengthened relationships across the AEC industry. Prior to joining the firm’s corporate headquarters in December 2022, Tom built the Pacific Northwest market for Bisnow, an events and media company. Tom takes both a quarterbacking and front-line approach to business development, using a data-centric approach to drive strategy, heavily prioritizing relationships in the industry, and fostering an eco-system rooted in knowledge and connections around DCI.

Travis Bradshaw, Associate Principal | Helena, MT
When Travis helped DCI open its Helena office in 2021, he launched a new chapter in the firm’s Bridge Division journey. In addition to commercial and public building projects in the area, Travis’s resume includes a variety of pedestrian and vehicular bridges across Montana and into Idaho and eastern Washington. His passion is based in finding technical solutions that support community-centric projects.

Steve Brackman, Associate Principal | Hamilton, MT
With a friendly and approachable demeanor, Steve is considered a trusted and valued member to his project teams. In addition to managing the firm’s Hamilton office group, this fifth generation Montanan has contributed to the design of a variety of developments across the region, particularly in mass timber and steel. Whether it’s a private residential home or a commercial building project, Steve is committed to finding his clients the best structural solutions that support their project goals.
