As the Director of Marketing, Amy thrives on seeing the strategic process intermingle with the creative and ultimately seeing the results drive business. With over a decade of marketing experience, Amy has spent much of her career at DCI utilizing brand programs and project pursuits as an outlet to showcase the thought leadership at DCI. She has proven success collaborating with firm leaders driving corporate strategy while leading a dynamic creative marketing and strategic communications team’s initiatives for DCI Engineers’ engineering portfolio. Amy appreciates the details in things and watching the collaboration of her team translate into project wins for the firm.
She has also stepped into various operational roles, such as launching DCI’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) group in 2017 and the employee mentorship and development program. Amy explores methods to involve staff in improving business practices, work environment and community engagement to reflect the firm’s values in inclusivity and diversity.
