In addition to growing up with a father in carpentry and being exposed to the construction industry at an early age, Connor gravitated toward STEM education as math and science “just clicked” for him. This natural progression led him to explore civil engineering, adding a structural focus when he attended the University of Delaware.
Upon graduating and taking on an internship at a small firm in New York City, Connor eventually landed at DCI where he’s been ever since – providing service-focused structural designs for several market types, including hospitality, education and residential.
In addition to providing project management in-house, Connor is actively involved in the industry and is a member of ABC of Delaware Young Professionals, CIRC Delaware and The Committee of 100.
