An internship in DCI’s Seattle office paved the way for Jordan’s upward career at the firm. When DCI expanded engineering services to San Francisco, Jordan was part of the founding group to relocate and took on a leadership role in employee development. Jordan’s Bay Area project experience and responsibilities quickly grew with his leading roles in concrete and steel design for prominent high-rise projects, which utilized the Performance Based Design Peer Review Process. Jordan’s portfolio ranges from high-rise and mid-rise residential projects, commercial office, hospitality, mixed-use, tenant improvement, and parking structures.
Jordan’s clients and colleagues appreciate his keen design eye to engineering details. His background on numerous developments with discerning clients allows him to naturally produce efficient design that meet the client’s expectations while maintaining their budget. Jordan is known for completing successful projects because of his active team engagement and timely responses with technical support.
