Lynn possesses a strong knowledge of employee relations, leadership, employee development, compensation, benefits, and recruitment. She is an advocate for both employees and management and has a passion to support others and help everyone meet their needs and goals. More recently, Lynn played an instrumental role in several acquisitions, ensuring that DCI’s new offices and their employees were fully integrated into DCI’s policies, procedures, and practices. Lynn is a member of local and national Human Resources and compensation organizations such as SHRM, LWHRA, and CEHR.
