Whether he’s mentoring younger engineers, developing design guides and spreadsheets for the company, or working on the analysis and design of a new structure for a client, Quentin is always laser-focused on his duties. Quentin specializes in lateral and performance-based designs and he’s got a reservoir of knowledge on concrete design methods, which he leverages on his projects, like the Caritas Center in Santa Rosa, which was designed with a mix of concrete and wood. The project provides 128 affordable apartments in studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts in a downtown area.
