With an early interest in construction and design, Russel Stiles turned childhood drawing and model building into a professional path, pursuing Drafting & Design Technology from Delaware Technical & Community College and then 10 years of refining his skills across diverse disciplines at Brandywine CAD Design.

Russel then moved to another firm, shifting his focus to producing construction documents for a variety of developmental and civil projects before joining DCI in 2015. Since then, Russel has helped the firm develop its efficiency processes, including creating Dynamo routines that streamline and expedite project initialization and other workflow enhancements to productivity.



Where is your hometown? Originally from Klamath Falls, OR. I moved to the East Coast where I have spent most of my life in Wilmington, DE.

What is your favorite thing about the DCI work environment? My Wilmington Teammates.
