I appreciate the collaboration process of what we do. There are so many different people in different disciplines—contractors, architects, developers, owners, engineers—that are taking a concept, an idea that is sketched-out, and turning it into a physical piece of the built environment.”
While he appreciates innovative, complex structural solutions for his clients, Steven Krumenacker also believes that sometimes the simplest solution is the best one. His pragmatic approach to design has allowed project stakeholders to achieve their architectural and operational visions without added costs and complications.
Steven’s creative way of seeing straightforward solutions is what helped him start and grow the firm’s presence in Pennsylvania with the opening of the Wayne office where his team continues to provide structural designs for all types of projects across the mid-Atlantic and into the Midwest.
Outside his contributions to the building of notable university, senior living, multi-family residential and office developments throughout the region, Steven has been an active member on several industry organizations, including the Delaware Valley Association of Structural Engineers, the Structural Engineers Association of Pennsylvania, the Montgomery Township (PA) Planning Commission and the Montgomery Township (PA) Building Code Board of Appeals.
