Troy manages to maintain ongoing lines of communication among the entire design team, making him a true asset to any project. He has become DCI’s in-house expert on volumetric modular wood-framed construction, making him an excellent resource for many developers, contractors, and architects, as well as other engineers within the company. Overseeing DCI’s multiple modular projects, such as the award-winning N-Habit in Seattle, and Chamonix in Vail, gave him the confidence to advocate this type of construction approach for expedient turnaround of urban multifamily housing, work force housing, and hospitality.
