Avenue North is a new live-work-play community just outside of Wilmington, Delaware off the U.S. 202 highway. The site is the headquarters of pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, but is now home to retail shops, residential buildings, parking garages and office buildings for the large pharmaceutical industry in the area. Solenis, Christiana Care and other medical giants have set up shop in the community the convenience it provides employees, tenants and visitors. Avenue North is more than office buildings, it also has apartments and new shops and restaurants, easy access to the Delaware Greenway, and more fun amenities and spaces. Avenue North’s new nine-story residential building has three levels of parking with over 300 apartment units inside. The community itself is completely walkable with plenty of space for both its long-term residents and those who visit for work or leisure. The retail buildings host multiple shops of both local and national vendors, and there are plenty of restaurants in the community too.

DCI kept things simple and used the same structural design for the retail buildings, allowing for an easy build process.
