Spanning Connections: Wyoming's Johnson County gets a new prefabricated bridge
Located near Buffalo Wyoming, the Johnson County Bridge is a 16’ x 65-foot-long, single lane bridge. HL93 loading utilizing A588 weathering steel girders and galvanized corrugated steel bridge decking. Johnson County also requested premanufactured concrete/steel footings and a painted prefabricated steel backwalls. Based on premanufactured / pre-engineered steel bridge modules, construction only took a day to complete. Resulting in a reduction of installation costs and road closure time.
