The Place at Sayreville & The Parc at Marlboro

Neighborhood Expansions: Townhome residential developments in New Jersey pop up with ease

The Parc at Marlboro and The Place at Sayreville are two full-neighborhood development projects designed with six different townhome style-buildings that could be replicated multiple times across several years of development phases. All the buildings were designed with traditional wood framing with parallel wood chord floor trusses and wood stud walls. DCI designed building system models for The Parc at Marlboro And The Place at Sayreville for ease of construction and budget parameters.

It’s so rewarding being able to see a physical representation of what I have designed in the real world. It also feels good knowing the positive impact these projects bring to our clients and the surrounding community.”
