Showing Off the Penguins: Engineering an exhibit for the Woodland Park Zoo
DCI Engineers provided structural design services for the main complex and peripheral animal shelters for the new Penguin Exhibit facility at the Woodland Park Zoo.
Includes a public pathway, landscaping, an 800-sf masonry and concrete holding building, a 1,650-sf life-support system area, and penguin burrow service area, a lower gallery, and a 50,000 gallon freshwater pool.
