What You’ll Do:

As an Office Manager, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and assist project teams:

• Serve as the first point of contact to greet visitors.
• Provide administrative support such as document management, proofreading, and invoice processing.
• Assist engineers with organizing project files, including downloading and properly filing documents.
• Assist engineers with the preparation of project proposals.
